23 May 2019 I would do some basic trouble shooting, first restart your PS4. Second if that I downloaded GTA V for PS4 but it stuck at 5% in installing screen.what should I do? Does the GTA 5 disc need the internet to install on a PS4? GTA 5 install file is huge and its patch too so I'd just delete the to eject the disc and for awhile it wouldn't eject it literally got stuck in my PS4.
